American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)

How should Harpswell expend its ARPA funds?

The Town of Harpswell is seeking public input for expending ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) funds.  While these funds initially had  limitations on how they could be used, the rules now allow general use purposes under the revenue loss category.

The Town received $519,720, plus interest.  Please see below a list of approved projects approved by voters.

We invite you to submit comments by dropping them off at the Town Office, sending to the Town at P.O. Box 39, Harpswell, ME 04079 or by email to: harpswell@town.harpswell.me.us   All comments will be provided to Select Board members.
