Assessing Assistant
The Town seeks candidates for the part-time (minimum of 20 hours per week year-round with benefits, including health insurance) position of Assessing Clerk/Office. Responsibilities include: maintaining real estate property records and personal property files, performing field work including measuring and taking photographs, tracking building permit activity for assessing purposes, preparing memos and other documents, and assisting taxpayers. Firefighter (Per-diem)
This is a unique opportunity to serve as a Firefighter for the Town of Harpswell. Harpswell has developed a model of fire and emergency response, which is focused on assisting and supporting the existing three volunteer fire departments during the daytime. This is a per-diem position to fill openings in the schedule Sunday through Saturday (6am-6pm).
