Here are some answers to frequently asked questions:

· What are the Town Office hours?
Monday – Wednesday & Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Thursday 1:00 pm-6:30pm

· How do I register?
Visit harpswellrecreation.com to view and register for all programs. All registrations must be done online with the option to pay online or  you may opt to pay in person at the Town Office with cash or check; by mail with a check with an online registration receipt or; by drop box to the right of the entrance door at the Town Office including online registration receipt with payment.

· How will I know what programs are open for registration? 
Visit harpswellrecreation.com and navigate to the programs tab. Seasonal program flyers will come home with Harpswell Community School students.  We are unable to send flyers home with middle school students.

· Will I be sent confirmation?
Yes, after online registration you will receive an automated email with a confirmation receipt.

· Cancellations and Refunds?
Harpswell Recreation reserves the right to cancel or consolidate any program that does not meet the minimum of participants.  Avoid disappointment by registering early and making our programs succeed!
Refunds are only given if a participant withdraws prior to the start date OR Harpswell Recreation cancels a program.
No refunds are given if a participant withdraws after a program has started.
Refunds for cash and checks are done by check. Credit card refunds are put back on the same credit card used for payment.
