Erosion Control Requirements
Contractors who disturb soil in the Shoreland Zone are required to have a person on-site who is certified by the Department of Environmental Protect (DEP in erosion control practices). READ THE LAW HERE. CHECK FOR CERTIFICATION STATUS HERE.
