Restrictive Fireworks Ordinance

Please remember as we celebrate July 4 this year that Harpswell has a restrictive fireworks ordinance. At this time of year, fireworks can only be set off during the following days and times:

• The weekends immediately before and after July 4, beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 10 p.m.
• July 3 and 5, beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 10 p.m.
• July 4, beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 12:30 a.m. on July 5.
