2025 Building Code and Ordinance Updates

Voters approved amendments to the Shoreland Zoning Ordinance and Definitions Addendum at Town Meeting on March 22, 2025.
On April 7, 2025, the 2021 I-Codes go into effect in Harpswell in accordance with the Maine Uniform Building and Energy Code (MUBEC).
